Can I bring a guest?
We're keeping our celebration intimate, so invitations are for named guests only. We hope you understand as we celebrate with our closest friends and family. If you feel we may have missed someone important, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you take this opportunity to relax and enjoy a night off with us.
Is there a dress code?
Yes – formal cocktail attire. We can't wait to see everyone dressed up and ready to celebrate!
What time should I arrive at the venue?
Please arrive no later than 3:30 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Additional details will be shared with your formal invitation closer to the date.
Will the event be indoors or outdoors?
We plan to hold the ceremony outdoors, weather permitting, followed by an indoor reception. As it will be summer in New Zealand, we recommend dressing accordingly.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes! Transportation has been arranged with pick-ups from the Waiheke Island ferry terminal and/or accommodations on Waiheke Island, as well as drop-offs after the wedding. We'll collect your accommodation details closer to the date to coordinate pick-up times.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Limited parking will be available at the venue. We recommend using the provided transportation where possible.
Are there hotel room blocks available for guests?
We won't be reserving hotel blocks, but there is a wide range of Airbnbs and holiday homes available on Waiheke Island and in Auckland City.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by April 2026.
Do you have a wedding registry?
Your presence is truly the greatest gift, especially knowing many of you are traveling far and wide to celebrate with us. If you would like to contribute a gift, a registry will be shared closer to the date.
Will dinner be served at the reception?
Yes, dinner will be served.
Will there be vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or other dietary options?
Yes – dietary requirements will be collected closer to the date. If you have any immediate concerns, please feel free to contact us directly.
